Tempest-Mitchell brings with him more than 25 years of experience within the broadcast and broadband sectors.
Tempest-Mitchell has previously held Executive sales and marketing positions with several first-to-market advanced technology providers such as Amino Communications, the company that launched the world’s first IP Set-top Box, Airties, home of the first Mesh Wi-fi System, as well as Plume (first SaaS smart home and enterprise management system) and Gamgee (a market leader in connected smart home solutions).

Tempest-Mitchell will kick things off at this year's IBC show in Amsterdam where Setplex will be demonstrating its latest generation user interface that makes it simple to use, as well as an enhanced recommendation engine, making content discovery more targeted and accurate. In addition, the company will focus on promoting its middleware, CDN, DRM, transcoding and xVOD solutions while cementing the company’s position as a global full-service IPTV and OTT solutions provider.
